By using the Instant COD you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Dukan will deduct the logistics service provider's delivery charges as well as a service fee of X% of the Cash-On-Delivery (COD) amount prior to settlement.
2. Instant COD will not be processed for orders where delivery charges are greater than the Cash-On-Delivery amount. You will be liable to settle delivery charges in excess of the Cash-On-Delivery amount.
3. Instant COD facility is only available for orders booked for delivery through the Dukan App via an integrated logistics service provider.
4. Funds will not be settled until the logistics service provider confirms delivery to Dukan.
5. You can opt-out of Instant COD anytime to stop instant settlements of orders pending delivery. Any orders already processed prior to opt-out will be settled in accordance with the Instant COD settlement process.
6. Dukan reserves the right to discontinue your subscription to Instant COD at any time and without notice.
